The Problem

The 75,000 SF industrial roof had multiple leaks affecting operations, over 12 areas with significant water ponding, problematic skylights, deteriorated roof-to-wall flashings, failed foam closures on the metal sections, and rain and dust infiltrating through existing skylights.

The Solution

Restco identified and addressed over 12 ponding water areas, removed problematic skylights and replaced sections with new support lumber and plywood decking, applied granulated modified cap sheet, sealed roof-to-wall flashings, upgraded foam closures, applied GE Enduris Silicone system for comprehensive waterproofing, installed a new roof hatch, and added OSHA safety railing. Customer received a comprehensive 30-year material and workmanship warranty with annual inspections.
