The Problem
The 30,000 SF roof used 29-gauge corrugated metal panels, with 10,000 SF covered in spray foam and white elastomeric coating. The spray foam had failed and water trapped between the foam and metal caused rust-through of panels, creating extensive leaks across the facility.
The Solution
Restco Roofing removed the 10,000 SF of metal roofing affected by the failed spray foam, replaced 750 SF of metal wall panels for a unified look, and installed new Kynar coated 24-gauge Western Rib roof panels — addressing all rust-through issues and upgrading the facility to a significantly more resilient roofing system.
