Proactive Roof Inspection Program (PRIP)

This program ensures an annual inspection for as long as your manufacturer’s warranty remains in effect. Any warranty-covered deficiencies found are repaired at no cost to you.
Through this proactive inspection program, we significantly extend your roof’s lifespan and safeguard your warranty from lapsing due to inspection neglect. This proactive inspection extends to all commercial and industrial roofs, including standing seam metal roofs, EPDM roofs, TPO roofs, built-up roofs, PVC roofs, and tar and gravel roofs we install or restore. After each inspection, we furnish you with a comprehensive written report, complete with photos and a roof condition description, fulfilling manufacturer requirements and aiding insurance claims documentation.
